Due to the personalised nature of our products, no returns will be allowed. However, if a product is found to be faulty, we will replace on a like for like basis at our cost.

I bought the personalised bauble glass as a secret Santa present and i am so pleased with it. It’s got a really decent weight to it, not flimsy at all! The personalised script on it is lovely and so well done. I am beyond happy with this gorgeous glass!
